What were Series 80?

The Series 80 was a Symbian OS mobile software platform for smartphones made by Nokia, introduced in 2000. Common physical properties to this Symbian OS user interface type is a screen resolution of 640x200 pixels and a full QWERTY keyboard.
Besides being used as a normal cellphones from the outside, on the inner screen those machines supported doing a lot of data managing tasks - editing typically computer files like Microsoft Word, Power Point or Excel documents; browsing internet; sending faxes, pictures or printing files via infrared; playing games, reading e-books etc, while looking like the smallest and most adorable "netbooks".
I didn't had this phone when it was new, because I was preschooler in this time. I bought Nokia 9210i Communicator in 2014, it worked and I had a lot of fun with it when I got into searching everything I could download for this platform - and then, I decided to make new section for my website.
